We understand that organizing a trip for a large group can be challenging. To help us plan the best activities and accommodation for your group, we ask that you provide us with an approximate group size and the maximum number of people that could be in your group.

If the actual number of people in your group ends up being smaller than what you estimated, it will be easy for us to adjust your booking. However, if the number of people in your group increases significantly, we may need to make changes to your booking and itinerary to ensure that we have enough availability.

The initial deposit amount varies depending on the details of your booking, but it typically ranges from 20-30% of the total price. We will be able to provide you with a specific deposit amount once we have more information about your stag do, such as the estimated number of people, duration, and types of activities you are interested in.

Once we come up with an itinerary to your liking, we request the payment of the initial deposit. Your booking will be confirmed after we receive the deposit.

We know that planning a stag do for a large group of people can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer travel cancellation insurance so in case anyone from the group can’t attend, they will get the money back.

Partly. You take care of booking and paying for your flights, and we organize everything else – including the shuttle from the airport to Berlin and any additional transportations you will need with regards to the activities on your itinerary.

All participants must be 18 or older. You may be asked to verify your age with an ID or passport during some of the activities.
